Why you'll want to come to work:

  • Drive operational consistency on deliverables across the Buyer Experience team, partnering closely with Engineering operations teams to educate and foster adoption and standardization of toolkits and best practices.
  • Lead and coordinate with all stakeholders on the different initiatives and alignment meetings to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met, such as:- Cross-department alignment meetings on product deliverables: design, product, engineering, Vendor experience, Buyer experience.- Implement standards to provide visibility and transparency on the different deliverables and projects.- Work on pre and post-stakeholder alignment, focusing on the different initiatives the team drives.
  • Define and drive a consistent approach to analytics, establishing standard metrics to measure performance across the team, ensuring data quality and reliability, and educating and driving accountability on BX leaders.
  • Create and update a Knowledge transfer and documentation system for Buyer Experience to enable transversal knowledge within BX/UX leaders and facilitate delegation of initiatives.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in agile environments, with a focus on leading initiatives in the e-commerce or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to drive operational consistency and standardization across teams.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent leadership and coordination abilities
  • Solid understanding of analytics, with the ability to define and drive a consistent approach, establishing standard metrics for performance measurement.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge transfer and documentation systems.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira) and analytical tools and methodologies.
