This is a 2 year FTC role with a hybrid working setup (2 days on site weekly) that may involve some travel.A valid driving license is required.

The position of Corporate Account Executive entails, but is not restricted to, the following key responsibilities:

  • Strengthen relationships with corporate customers.
  • Ensure alignment of work and goals with the organization's Mission and Strategic Plan.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities.
  • Deliver exceptional Customer Experience through a systematic stakeholder contact plan.
  • Own customer issues and collaborate internally for resolutions.
  • Support exam processes and liaise with employers and Member Services team.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and execute action plans.
  • Utilize Asana for project management and milestone tracking.
  • Maintain the CRM database with accurate information.
  • Prepare customer presentations, implement campaigns, and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Account Management/Customer Relationship experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft packages and adaptability to new technologies.

Desirable:

  • Degree level education.
  • Professional insurance qualification would be a plus.
  • Experience with Asana is advantageous, training can be provided.
