Role Profile:

As a key part of the Irish Senior Leadership Team, you will strategically shape our growth agenda. Reporting to the MD of Ireland, your primary focus will be ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and maintaining operational excellence. Leading a team of Operations Managers, you will manage client relationships and ensure compliance with Mitie's standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developing and executing the long-term strategic plan and achieving country KPIs.
  • Drive growth and client retention through fostering strong client relationships.
  • Create sound financial bids in collaboration with the sales team to meet client expectations.
  • Foster deep client relationships, going beyond daily transactions on all accounts.
  • Lead Operations Managers to meet financial targets and drive EBIT growth.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities through senior client reviews.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent to fulfill business needs and promote a positive work culture.
  • Implement strategies to enhance team development, engagement, and retention.
  • Communicate strategies to maximize team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Provide operational insights to drive EBIT growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with central functions to improve service offerings and drive initiatives.
  • Review and act on client and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Challenge and improve team structures to meet client demands efficiently.
  • Foster cross-sector and cross-functional relationships for enhanced business efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant QHSE procedures for all sites under supervision.
  • Monitor and address QHSE incidents and actions across all supervised sites.
  • Review business performance and ensure KPI delivery aligns with budgets.
  • Demonstrate commercial value by leading with energy and passion.

Individual Profile

At least 10 years in senior leadership positions.

BSc in Engineering or relevant technical field.

Proven ability to lead large teams including senior managers.

Positive leadership style promoting inclusion and cultural change.

Strong track record of meeting financial targets consistently.

Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Self-aware and adaptable to change.

Fosters a positive and proactive team culture.
