Job Purpose:
The Team Administrator will be the first point of contact for member and public queries, coordinate regional meetings and education days, lead CRM projects, support the vetting team, and manage the website and social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all member and public queries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and record all interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist members with website logins and navigation, encouraging CRM use.
- Manage tasks such as mail, stationery orders
- Involvement with the planning & preparation of events.
- Lead CRM administration and development.
- Create and update CRM training materials, generate reports, and support new members.
- Manage website and social media accounts, including content updates.
- Coordinate and support regional meetings and AGMs, managing logistics and communications.
- Set up new members in the CRM, issue invoices, and provide membership packs.
- Track and encourage new memberships and update CRM records.
- Facilitate Education Days, manage bookings and evaluations, and coordinate regional training.
- Enhance member experience, innovate processes, and achieve cost savings.
- Provide cover for absent staff members as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and website management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving member needs.
