The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Include:

  • Manage a territory targeting SME and SOHO customers and surpass agreed sales targets.
  • Plan journeys efficiently within your assigned territory.
  • Arrange appointments via telephone.
  • Engage in face-to-face selling to decision-makers and accurately complete applications on behalf of customers.
  • Represent CPM and Vodafone professionally at all times.
  • Demonstrate proficient IT skills to report daily activities in the field, including working with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Outlook.

  • Have experience working with a CRM tool.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive customer relationships.
  • Strong written skills for creating proposals for customers and providing feedback to management/clients.
