Recruitment Coordinator - Hybrid

Purpose of the Role:

Our co-ordination team are responsible for accurate and professional recruitment administration including pre-employment screening.

What is the opportunity?

You will work with market leading technology and tools to ensure all recruitment requirements are met from a screening and regulatory perspective. Working closely with our colleagues in HR and throughout the business your day-to-day and project work will directly contribute to Bank of Ireland delivering on its purpose.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinating the effective running of the administrative processes involved with recruitment
  • Manage the end to end screening process of internal and external applicants, in line with Group Resourcing policies and procedures
  • Provide support and advice on our recruitment process, policies and procedures
  • Be accessible and responsive, clearly communicating throughout the recruitment process with all stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Evidence of strong customer service focus
  • Effective communication skills – verbal, presentation and written
  • Ability to understand and process instructions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Evidence of delivery within a demanding environment while managing conflicting priorities
  • High Level of IT proficiency

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment role
  • A relevant qualification in HR/CIPD or a desire to pursue your career within HR
  • Previous experience working in a busy administration function
