This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, from document control to liaising with project team, suppliers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities include:
Provide general administrative support to office and project teams.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, invoices, and other documentation.
Maintain and update company records, project files, and databases.
Assist in procurement processes, including supplier communication and order tracking.
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and organise travel and accommodation as required.
Support with health and safety documentation and compliance records.
Help coordinate timesheets, payroll documentation, and HR-related paperwork.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities as required.
Ad hoc duties to support project management team.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 to 5 years experience.
Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role, ideally within construction or related sectors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with construction terminology and document management is a plus.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Associate's or bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in the Irish construction industry.
Working knowledge of project management software or CRM systems.
Full driving licence.
