You'll need to be an all rounder as some days are never alike so you'll be highly motivated and results-oriented, able to create a seamless customer journey for consumers creating sales in designated retailers by enhancing the product understanding and advocacy with sales staff in doors across a region within Republic of Ireland
Your Package:
A salary of €37,220 plus a 12% bonus

Your Role:
Being the face of the brand at the point of purchase, you will be required to use your skills to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of retail partners, from management to sales advisors.
Through this you will aim to boost product knowledge, brand advocacy and in turn sales across various product lines ranged by your retailers for your brand.
Your relationships will enable you to collaborate with your contacts in store to identify opportunities and collaboratively implement effective solutions that look to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
With the autonomy to create rewarding connections with your contacts in store, you can develop and implement strategies to elevate the customer journey and overall brand experience.
You'll also be required to bring your personality to the fore by delivering engaging training sessions for individuals and groups across multiple product categories.
We'll give you the content which you can tweak but you bring the flair and personality to bring it to life in real world examples and more importantly, showing retailers easy ways to sell your brands products.
What you'll bring:

We are looking for leadership experience, ideally gained within technology, mobile, or premium retail experience.
Examples of your ability to understand and improve the sales process through effective product training for diverse audiences and how you do it.
Some analytical skills to manage sales data and targets, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets to reap the rewards.
Ability to influence through effective communication and relationship-building skills at a senior level, to develop and implement clear strategies that support sales.
It's a field based role so a full driving license is essential.
We will give you a commitment to a field-based, 12-month contract which covers the Dublin and surrounding region within the Republic of Ireland, with the flexibility for additional travel as needed and the occasional overnight stay if business requires.
