CPL Healthcare is assisting our client in the recruitment of a Director of Nursing to assume responsibility for the overall management of their 66 bedded South Dublin nursing home near Dn Laoghaire and Dalkey. The Director of Nursing will be accountable for all aspects of care and services to the residents both clinically and operationally, and will assume responsibility for the management of all staff within the nursing home. The Director of Nursing will ensure all legislative requirements are maintained. This role is is Full Time at 40 hours weekly with Mon to Fri standard office working hours. Flexible start & finish times. Role Responsibilities: Day to day management of the nursing home Quality of Care Responsibilities Management of HIQA regulations Health & Safety Candidate requirements: Candidates must be registered with NMBI Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
