Applications are invited for a HR Assistant post within Resourcing, UCD Human Resources. HR Resourcing, UCD Human Resources, require an individual on a casual/hourly basis to commence with immediate effect on a week-to-week basis. It is likely the person will be required for a period of approximately 13 weeks initially, with the possibility of extension. The position will require someone with a proven interest in Human Resources. An understanding of the importance of a professional quality service to customers within agreed service level standards. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Numerical ability, accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to act with tact and discretion in all matters. Ability to prioritise day-to-day workload and plan efficiently to achieve goals. Ability to exercise initiative and be flexible in their approach to work. Be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within service deadlines. Well-developed IT Skills are required. A willingness to learn and work well within a team.
