Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the IT recruitment industry. The role involves developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and playing a key part in the growth of our recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
- Engage in outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our recruitment services, and build rapport.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with top talent.
- Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to effectively position our services.

Ideal Candidate:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role (retail experience does not qualify).
- Phone-Based Sales: Experience in a phone-based sales role, either B2B or B2C, with a focus on outbound calling.
- Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the recruitment industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with clients.
IT or Recruitment Experience: Not required—candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information:
- Year 1 OTE: €50k (Base + Uncapped Commission)
