Join WuXi Biologics as an Employee Relations Lead .
This role leads employee relationships for Ireland, UK, and other EU countries, providing advice and solutions to HR teams and business leaders on HR topics, including employment law, recruitment, compensation, retention, discrimination, and performance management.
Organization Description: WuXi Biologics is a premier provider of biologics services, aiming to accelerate and transform discovery, development, and manufacturing in the biologics field to benefit patients worldwide.
Department Description: As Employee Relations Lead , you will join an organization where diversity is respected, and work together to change lives, reporting to the Senior HR Director.
Your Responsibilities:
Advise and guide internal stakeholders on complex HR decisions.
Lead performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases in line with policy and legislation.
Collaborate with HRBP and business leaders to manage complex leaves and negotiations.
Partner with Business Partners and teams to review HR policies from an employment law perspective.
Design and deliver employment law trainings.
Act as the first line of defense for the company’s privacy data policies and collaborate on GDPR projects.
Lead business change projects, including M&A and restructuring.
Identify and mitigate unique challenges.
Monitor legislation developments and provide proactive solutions.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors.
A post-graduate certificate or diploma in employment law.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant employee relations experience.
Knowledge of employment law, particularly in the UK and Ireland.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and experience in advising on employee data collection and protection.
Hands-on, solution-oriented, and ability to provide actionable solutions.
Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills.
