At IBM, work is more than a job – it’s a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you’ve never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world’s most challenging problems? If so, let's talk.

- Interface with the market, customers, and prospects to uncover pain points and opportunities for innovation, using this feedback to inform the product strategy.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, converting them into a high-quality engineering backlog.
- Deliver presentations detailing the value proposition and technical stack of features, collaborating with software architects to develop solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure alignment between product features and acceptance criteria, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Work across teams—Delivery, Sales, Support, and Marketing—to gather feedback, refine strategy, and provide content to ensure feature adoption and success.
- Stay updated on cloud native technologies to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.
What you’ll bring:
- A customer-centric focus on how to deliver business value with a keen understanding of the IT enterprise ecosystem.
