Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Account Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverages industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our valued clients in the Galway, Clare, and Limerick regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while enjoying life's everyday moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company's brand and values with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
- Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required.

Education/Qualifications
