Enterprise Account Manager, Amazon Global Services (AGS)

Join AWS's Enterprise Sales team in Ireland and help shape the future of cloud computing while working with some of the country's largest organizations. As an Enterprise Account Manager within Amazon Global Services (AGS), you'll drive digital transformation for major enterprises across Food, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Financial Services sectors.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to:

As part of AGS, you'll work with some of Ireland's most innovative organizations, helping them leverage AWS services to transform their businesses. This role combines strategic account management with solution-based selling, offering significant opportunity for growth and impact.

Key job responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Manager within AGS, you will:

1. Own and develop relationships with key stakeholders in Irish enterprises
2. Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals
3. Drive adoption of AWS services through solution-based selling
4. Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through effective pipeline management
5. Collaborate with solutions architects and professional services teams
6. Work closely with partners to drive customer success
7. Understand customer technical and business requirements
8. Build expertise in industry-specific solutions for Food, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Financial Services sectors
9. Identify and develop new business opportunities
10. Contribute market insights and customer feedback
11. Help customers navigate their digital transformation journey

A day in the life

The AWS AGS Enterprise Sales team in Ireland works with the country's largest organizations to support their digital transformation journeys. We pride ourselves on customer obsession, deep technical understanding, and our ability to help customers innovate across key sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, and Financial Services. As part of AGS, you'll be working within a global organization dedicated to enterprise customer success.

Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of technology sales experience
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous cloud technology sales experience
- Experience in solution-based selling
- Background in Food, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Financial Services industries
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Project management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
