About the Job
The primary goal of this role is to generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities. This involves managing inbound leads driven by outbound efforts, nurturing early-stage opportunities, and gaining interest through outbound cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net new logos in assigned territories. You will partner with core sellers to identify and source net new pipeline, researching lines of business and personas, aligning with internal account teams, and identifying key decision-makers within new accounts.

About Your Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess fluency in Hungarian or Croatian and English, along with a valid working visa for Ireland. Your experience in business development, sales, or related fields will be beneficial. You must also demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, research, account plan, prospect, and cold-call into a large list of new and existing accounts. A proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment will also be considered. Finally, a degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with evaluation based on core competencies for the role.
