We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Revenue Optimization to lead our CVM organization, guiding a team of 20+ professionals in driving value-driven management of our active customer base. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Consumer to define the vision and strategy, ensuring that agreed targets are met through ad-hoc initiatives.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the strategy and outcomes for our postpaid, prepaid, and broadband customer base across traditional and digital channels. This includes driving customer engagement, utilizing consumer insights and analytics, and positively impacting margins. They will manage a team of experts across Campaign Operations, Loyalty, Impact Measurement, Scrum Master, and Segment Squad Leads, overseeing 2-3 agile cross-functional squads.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive revenue optimization strategy across all customer segments and products.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Consumer to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensuring that targets are met and initiatives achieve the expected impact.
  • Working with various company functions (IT, Digital, Finance) to ensure CVM has the right support.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment that supports team growth while achieving business objectives.
  • Developing business plans to optimize revenue from the customer base while driving retention initiatives.
  • Monitoring business outcomes and financials to maximize value delivery.
  • Supporting go-to-market strategies for key business agendas and providing communication support for digital elements.
  • Driving innovation for future growth.
