Head of ECommerce Revenue

We are seeking a Director of ECommerce to lead the team responsible for ECommerce revenue at Nitro. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and revenue.
As Director of ECommerce, you'll be responsible for defining the revenue plan for ECommerce, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute cross-functional projects, and owning our ECommerce tech stack and vendor alignment.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and driving the ECommerce number, partnering with the wider marketing team to align and drive overall revenue for the organization, and utilizing all digital channels to drive EComm revenue goals.
You will work closely with the VP of Revenue Marketing, performance marketing, web, and operations teams to drive a consistent program of testing and optimizations to improve our EComm experience.
This role requires someone who is data-driven, with strong analytical skills, and can distill complex issues into simple solutions that get us to goal. You should be able to tailor your communication to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organization, cutting through opinions with data.
