The Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Director of ECommerce to lead the team responsible for ECommerce revenue at Nitro. As Director of ECommerce, you'll own the ECommerce revenue number and will be responsible for increasing conversion and maximizing revenue while improving the experience our customers have as they trial our software, purchase, renew, and manage their subscriptions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the required needs to achieve the plan and execute cross-functional projects. Your responsibilities will include owning our ECommerce tech stack and vendor alignment, monitoring and driving the ECommerce number, and partnering with the wider marketing team to align and drive overall revenue for the organization.
