A key role in our team is available for an experienced property administrator. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will provide tenancy management functions, deal with tenant queries and requests, address maintenance issues, liaise with contractors and seek competitive quotes for work, deal with utility transfers, review invoices for payment, keep tenancy paperwork in order and file appropriately, and perform general office administration tasks.
Requirements- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Proficiency in computer skills particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and good attention to detail required
- Experience with property management systems would be advantageous
