At O'Donoghue Ring Collection, we are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position reporting to the Hotel Manager.

The Senior Assistant Manager will oversee the daily running of the 52 bedroom 3 star hotel, ensuring all departments function cohesively and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Hotel Manager in leading daily operations.
  • Provide hands-on support across departments when needed.
  • Take the lead in coordinating functions and events.
  • Monitor and maintain operational quality, service consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Anticipate and proactively respond to guest needs.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a department manager within a hotel environment.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English is essential.
