We are seeking a multilingual professional with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities and empathy to support our online community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues via our ticketing system ensuring a safe and respectful community environment.
  • Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use.
  • Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards.
  • Market Insights: Find scalable solutions for our user community using your knowledge and expertise.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines.
  • Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements to increase productivity.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Russian language.
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C2 level).
  • A strong understanding and affiliation with Russian culture and linguistic nuances.
