**Complaint Case Handler Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Case Handler to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Resolve customer complaints through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records by tracking and tracing complaint-related documentation and emails.
- Ensure all complaints are reviewed and investigated thoroughly, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data using advanced MS Excel skills to support operational efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- APA Certification in Loans & Regulations or QFA Certification.
- Experience in complaint handling or customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Knowledge of Phone and Internet Banking systems and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create and analyze data for tracking and reporting purposes.
