Sous Chefs are responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food to high culinary standards.

  • Maintain exceptional standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Assist in taking stock, controlling inventory rotation, and preparing forecasts.
  • Liaise with Management, Head Chefs, and other departments over business requirements and special projects.
  • Verify delivered goods (quantity and quality) against requisitions and delivery notes.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service from the Kitchen team.
  • Delegate tasks to staff members and supervise their work.

  • Demonstrate strong management and leadership capabilities, along with good awareness of stock control and budgeting.
