Job Overview

At Expeditors International, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention & Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business retention and growth through existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow our customer base, ensuring strong partnerships and loyalty.
  • Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for growth and implement plans to increase revenue across multiple products and geographies.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead and mentor direct reports to develop their professional and personal skills, ensuring they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: University or equivalent business qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of personnel management experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of Expeditors' products and services, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and strong oral, written, communication, and presentation skills.
