Job Summary

The Customer Retention & Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and development at Expeditors International. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and leading and mentoring direct reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Retention and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow our customer base, ensuring strong partnerships and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and implement plans to increase revenue across multiple products and geographies.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead and mentor direct reports to develop their professional and personal skills, ensuring they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: University or equivalent business qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of personnel management experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of Expeditors' products and services, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and strong oral, written, communication, and presentation skills.
