Job Description

The Consumer Protection Division is responsible for safeguarding consumer interests and enforcing relevant legislation.

This role contributes to the division's work, managing enforcement requests and participating in joint actions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting enforcement activities as an Authorised Officer
  • Representing the organisation at national and international forums
  • Engaging with stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of consumer protection issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level degree in a relevant discipline or 2 years' experience in case handling within a compliance environment
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
