Job Title

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in all aspects of our operations.

This includes guaranteeing cGMP compliance, streamlining working practices, implementing policies and procedures, and managing quality activities across assigned projects and products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guarantee cGMP compliance in all activities and systems related to Projects and Products execution.
  2. Streamline working practices to meet actual project needs.
  3. Implement policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and continuously improve product quality and operations throughout the lifecycle.
  4. Provide global supplier qualification services in support of new product introduction and existing products.
  5. Collaborate with suppliers and Procurement to ensure the quality of their products and materials.
  6. Manage all quality activities for assigned projects and products, adhering to applicable cGMP, quality operational standards/procedures, and legal regulations.
  7. Promote high-quality levels and continuous improvement culture in company activities.
  8. Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
  9. Lead induction and training of new colleagues within the area.
  10. Manage and participate in Quality Product key activities for assigned product/projects.

Requirements
  • University or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar scientific field (mandatory).
  • Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience within QA GMP environment within the Pharmaceutical Industry (mandatory).
  • Experience working in GMP operational environment (mandatory).
  • Training and experience of GMP standards (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office package.
