As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a shift team to ensure operational excellence and compliance standards are maintained while delivering flawless execution of the production schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an inspection and/or packaging leadership role and a thorough understanding of automated visual inspection equipment.

About the Role:
  • Manage Production Operations
  • Maintain Safety, Quality, and Compliance Standards

The successful candidate will be accountable for the safe operation of the area, ensuring all safety policies are adhered to and that any incidents are reported and investigated in a timely manner. They will also promote a positive safety culture within inspection and collaborate with other functions to ensure robust deviation investigations and assume ownership of subsequent CAPAs to prevent recurrence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in goal setting for the department and manage complex objectives aimed at creating a competitive advantage.
  • Support the creation of short-, medium- and long-term schedules and be accountable for on-time-in-full execution against the plan.
