Revenue Operations Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager, Mid Market to join our team at Gong. This individual will be responsible for owning overall customer relationships and driving engagement and adoption of our Revenue Intelligence Platform.
About the RoleIn this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior revenue and revenue operations leaders, uncovering business outcomes and strategically mapping those to Gong value. You will also drive quarterly metrics around portfolio net growth, gross dollar retention, and multi-year renewals.
Main Responsibilities- Be a trusted strategic advisor to senior revenue and revenue operations leaders to uncover business outcomes and strategically map those to Gong value.
- Own overall customer relationships and drive engagement and adoption, mine and measure value, unearth and mitigate risk, and create raving fans.
- Drive quarterly metrics around portfolio net growth, gross dollar retention, and multi-year renewals.
To succeed in this role, you must have 3+ years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles. You should be able to prioritize and manage a book of business and be accountable for quarterly metrics.

- Demonstrated background in developing and managing relationships and renewing contracts.
- Track record owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and owning value and ROI conversations.
