Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic sourcing of products and global procurement to ensure optimal cost savings and supplier relationships.
  • Negotiating pricing, deals, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and capitalizing on opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, expand product offerings, and create additional value for our customer base.
  • Conducting regular market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop business strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Managing tender enquiries and negotiations of contracts to achieve desired outcomes.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • A qualification or relevant industry experience, preferably in supply chain or sourcing.
  • A proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation, and selection.
  • Strong organizational and administration skills.
  • The ability to absorb technical information about products.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office), SAP ERP experience highly desirable.
  • A flexible and proactive attitude with an ability to think strategically.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work as part of a team and meet agreed time scales and deadlines.
