
Drive Business Growth as a Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Architect to drive the growth and development of our business in Dublin or remote Ireland.
About the Role
In this position, you will be the technical sales leader for your accounts. You will create possibilities, solve problems, and establish trusted relationships with our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers' business goals, technical objectives, and IT environments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Ecosystem teams to assess the potential application of innovative solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical leadership for the development and implementation of complex solutions and services.
- Develop strategic relationships with our customers to become a trusted advisor.
- Deliver proof of value to our customers and partners through presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot projects.
- Research and write responses to technical sections of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Coordinate the technical efforts of other resources like Product Specialists, Support, and Professional Services.
- Deliver compelling recommendations that result in the closing of new sales.
- Owning and meeting a bookings quota and performing regular reviews and reports about the opportunities being worked on.
