Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic sales professional to contribute to the success of our events across prestigious venues in Ireland.
- Grow venue sales through proactive business development strategies.
- Manage client relationships and ensure seamless event delivery.
- Build strong connections with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and networking.
- Oversee the full event journey from initial engagement to planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Represent the company at industry functions and conferences as a brand ambassador.
- Conduct market research and target strategic segments for business growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM systems and support collaborative team efforts.
- At least 2 years' experience in a proactive sales role within hospitality or related industries.
- A solid understanding of the sales lifecycle and event management principles.
- Strong communication skills and high organisational abilities with excellent planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
- Diploma-level qualification in Business or Hospitality (desirable).
- Full driving license essential and willingness to travel.
