Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to join our sales team as a Key Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads, achieving monthly quotas, and engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and profiling potential clients to generate quality opportunities for account executives.
  • Conducting business dealings in a professional, proactive manner, including multi-channel follow-up to uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities.
  • Maintaining active communication with leads by sending targeted materials on a regular basis.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with internal and external contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree completed in 2024 or 2025.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
  • At least 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in software sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
