Main Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who can prepare and cook food to the highest standards in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm for working with locally sourced ingredients and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

  • A strong knowledge of dietary requirements and industry trends is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team.

  • Our ideal candidate will uphold high standards in line with HACCP regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential for this role, as is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • A strong teamwork ethic and excellent communication skills are also required, as well as eligibility to work full-time in Ireland.
