Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Community Associate to join our centre team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong professional relationships and empathise with people's needs. They will also be happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them, as well as being positive, enthusiastic and adaptable in fast-changing situations.

About This Role

As a Community Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience
  • Working closely with new and existing customers to solve problems and meet their needs
  • Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload to ensure efficient use of time
