
Service Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:
The primary role of a Service Advisor is to deliver exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of the workshop. This includes managing service appointments, communicating with various teams, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle service enquiries and bookings in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with parts, sales, and workshop teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Verify outstanding recalls and update internal systems accordingly.
- Manage service appointments to minimize delays and overlaps.
- Support workshop flow by prioritizing jobs and communicating requirements effectively.
- Maintain high performance standards and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience as a Service Advisor in a busy main dealership.
- Natural communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong computer literacy and process orientation.
- Confidence in upselling services or products.
- Familiarity with warranty procedures and workshop systems.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to learning new methodologies.
