Job Description

As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for owning and acting as the main point of contact for a book of business. Your primary goal will be to drive net growth within that book by hunting and working expansion opportunities. You will also be responsible for running a proactive and effective renewal process, forecasting and planning pacing throughout each month and quarter, and partnering with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Sales Engineer (SE) to ensure the long-term success of your book.

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual with 2-3 years of experience in a B2B closing role, including 2+ years of SaaS experience. You should have the ability to discover pain and articulate potential solutions, accurately qualify opportunities, and do light demos or work closely with a Sales Engineer/CSM. Additionally, you should be capable of building compelling presentations for customers (QBRs, pricing proposals, etc.) and have experience forecasting on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
