
Top Commercial Leader for On Trade Growth

We are seeking a skilled commercial leader to drive business growth and innovation in the On Trade organization.
This top-tier role requires high-level strategic planning, negotiation, relationship management, and trade consulting skills to maximize investment returns and expand customer portfolios.
About You:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in On Trade.
- A strong understanding of industry trends and a proven ability to succeed in competitive environments.
- An adaptable approach to learning from experience and optimizing strategies for maximum returns.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement annual joint business plans for customers, covering engagement, investment, distribution, growth, and cash management.
- Create strategies for each strategic account group, aligned with business goals.
- Commercial Management:
- Set and achieve targets for Net Sales Value (NSV), volume, profit, and cash flow for Diageo's portfolio.
- Negotiate budgets and discounts to enhance commercial outcomes.
- Manage investments to ensure positive return, with regular reviews.
- Relationship Building & Management:
- Use your skills and market insights to drive performance and growth.
- Build strong relationships with key customers contributing significantly to On Trade revenue.
- Digital First Approach:
- Implement digital strategies aligned with business goals.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
- Lead teams across functions (marketing, finance, logistics, etc.) to deliver strategies and joint plans.
