Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential new customers in the DACH region, conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads.

You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and follow up on inbound leads, maintaining accurate records of activities and prospects in our CRM system. Additionally, you will participate in regular team meetings and monthly onsite meetings in Dublin.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and professional fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident speaking with decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
