HR Administrator Support Specialist

Job Overview:
This key support role provides assistance in maintaining HR systems, coordinating recruitment, and supporting training administration. As a dedicated HR Administrator you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's human resources department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Update and manage HR systems and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and data protection compliance.
- Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, training activity, and workforce metrics.
- Support attendance management, including holiday tracking, absence reporting, and time-keeping processes.
- Assist with audits, health and safety documentation, and wider regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the training matrix, schedule internal/external courses, and maintain accurate participation and renewal records.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job adverts, candidate screening, interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, contracts, and inductions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a HR department, with working knowledge of employment legislation relating to areas such as sick leave, annual leave, and data protection compliance.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR systems and employee records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and data manipulation for reporting purposes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft clear correspondence and reports.
