Business Analyst - Identity Governance and AdministrationJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a vital role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will support the design, documentation, and delivery of identity governance processes and integrations, working closely with developers, security specialists, and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable technical user stories, as well as refining, prioritizing, and readying backlog items for development. They will also assist in integrating Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools into enterprise systems and applications, and contribute to the design of processes, specifications, and documentation across identity governance.

In addition, they will participate in testing and validation to ensure technical solutions meet business needs, and contribute to continuous process improvement within a regulated, security-focused environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments;
  • Familiarity with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms, such as Sail Point, Saviynt, Okta, or similar;
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and directory services;
  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle concepts: provisioning, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access reviews;
  • Ability to write clear functional specifications and process flows;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex requirements for different audiences.
