Job Title:

Regional Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong working relationships with regional clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Lead the sales cycle, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in a defined territory.
• Conduct site surveys and design fire and/or security systems to meet customer needs.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales performance, and drive growth against defined targets.

Requirements:

• Previous success in account management or technical sales roles, preferably within the fire detection and security industry.
• Experience of business-to-business technical solutions sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and operational departments.

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to survey buildings and design fire and/or security systems
• Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce.com
• Full UK driving licence
