Job Overview

A leading mobile division seeks a commercially savvy and customer-focused professional to lead retention, loyalty, and upsell campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute base management strategy, lifecycle communications, and retention initiatives
  • Formulate propositions based on customer insight and market trends
  • Drive customer satisfaction and business growth through effective campaign execution
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution
  • Optimise customer journeys and drive improvements to the in-life experience
  • Inform pricing and proposition decisions with a customer-centric approach
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance for future improvement
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience in proposition, product, or commercial roles within telecoms, mobile, or subscription-based businesses
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape across telecoms is essential
  • Strong understanding of base management, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (EDM, digital, social, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset and passion for customer experience
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
