Senior Executive Assistant Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to support high-level executives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling administrative tasks.

  • Provide direct support to C-level leadership, ensuring their time is maximised on key matters.
  • Manage high-volume, complex calendars with frequent reprioritisation, prioritising access to leaders based on evolving needs.
  • Coordinate global travel with precision, delivering clear plans and a seamless experience.
  • Assist with organizing successful leadership or departmental events, such as offsites.
  • Handle expenses and reimbursements within departments in an effective and timely manner.
  • Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency for yourself and leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with other EAs to cover absences and deliver cross-team projects.
  • Stay connected to the business pulse, building a strong internal network and surfacing relevant organisational context.
  • Maintain the highest standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Perform other operational and administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellence in tactical administration, especially complex calendar management, travel logistics, and operational coordination.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload to manage multiple requests from Execs or stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High bar for professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Dependability, detail-orientation, resourcefulness, and consistency in execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and staying calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, adapting to different stakeholder styles and needs.
  • Interest in and openness to using AI tools to streamline workflows.
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, and similar tools.
