Job Overview

This position is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in programme management and stakeholder engagement. Our client, a leading agency in workforce development, is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the Strategic Talent Development Programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact partnerships with enterprise agencies and client companies, while ensuring seamless coordination and administration of the programme.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage complex programmes across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer the Strategic Talent Development programme.
  • Analyse data and prepare customized reports to evaluate programme impact.
  • Provide financial and budgetary support, ensuring accurate tracking and governance.
  • Manage systems, project governance, and reporting tools effectively.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage expectations among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Development, Finance, and Communications teams.
  • Maximise efficiencies and deliverables through disciplined programme management.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNER AND CLIENT COMPANY RELATIONSHIPS BY PROVIDING SOLUTIONS QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years' experience in programme management or account management (full project lifecycle).
  • Experience working in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong track record in managing budgets, reporting, and governance.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent service in a commercially aware environment.
  • Experience in the Learning & Development environment with emphasis on programme management.
