Seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage an existing portfolio of clients and develop new business opportunities in the Leinster region.

Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven individual with solid knowledge of wine and a genuine passion for the food and wine industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving commercial performance.

This is a 12-month contract position that offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop existing accounts while introducing new products and services.

  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients and develop new business opportunities in the Leinster region.
  • Drive commercial performance by owning sales and commercial outcomes in your territory.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve challenging objectives and collaborate on business development initiatives.
  • Stay informed about our product range, independent producers, and industry trends through training and ongoing education.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Field sales experience in wine.
  • Experience in new business acquisition and account management.
  • A keen interest in wine and a strong understanding of the Irish wine market and consumer trends.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • A target-driven approach with the initiative to develop new business while managing existing relationships.
