Job Title: Key Account Manager - Hospitality Industry

The hospitality industry presents a vast opportunity for business expansion, and as a Key Account Manager, your role will be pivotal in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • You will conduct thorough research to target potential corporate clients, generate leads through various channels, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  4. Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  5. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.
  6. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  9. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales trends.

Requirements:

  • Meet measurable targets and goals as per the performance management plan.
  • Carry out any other reasonable task assigned by management to meet business needs.
  • Adhere to brand standards and ensure all printed material is approved before issuing.
  • Deal with queries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Lead by example regarding personal presentation, punctuality, attendance, application to work, teamwork, and customer care.
