Mobile Telecom Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled expert to support our global mobile Internet solutions in Ireland. Our client is a provider of intelligent mobile Internet services that enable operators to improve quality, reduce operational expenses and manage the mobile Internet.

As part of our global team, you will be responsible for supporting sales through technical and commercial initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to understand their needs and create effective solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting sales initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities through technical and commercial means.
  • Product introduction, demonstration, and presentation to prepare, present, and demonstrate.
  • Solution engineering to understand customer needs and create upsells and new opportunities.
  • Providing detailed specifications and Statements of Work (SOW) for customer requests and new requirements.
  • Managing trials and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, defining scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in the Mobile Telecom industry, excellent technical and business acumen, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a technical area and 3-5 years of experience in a similar position are required. Experience leading RFPs and working with software product companies is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding customer expectations. They will be fluent in English and Spanish and have a willingness to travel extensively.
