Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to lead our B2B broadband and VOIP installations. This role is ideal for an individual with strong ICT skills and experience in service delivery, project coordination, and customer support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of B2B broadband and VOIP installations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and professional service, configuring routers, VOIP handsets, and cloud PBX systems, and acting as the main contact for clients during onboarding and installation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project timelines, identifying risks, and resolving issues.
  • Improving processes and managing hardware procurement and inventory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organisational and communication skills, ICT or telecoms experience preferred but not essential, proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams, and a strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.

You will also need to be able to:

  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Monitor and improve quality standards.
